In this year's local elections, our recommended candidates won 472 council seats! What do we spend your money on?

Put simply, your money will help us get more voters to sign up to VoteClimate, in a few different ways:

• More people: We've recently welcomed three amazing people to our team. They are focusing on reaching more voters through email, web and social media, as well as researching and analysing vast amounts of data needed to hold government to account at and between elections.
• A new website: Our team is busy working on a new website where we will share more information about what your MP is doing and saying on climate, resources on UK climate policy and more.
• Better resources for members: You – our members – are our secret superpower! We want to produce more resources to help you persuade others to VoteClimate and to press politicians for action.

Remember, it's not about us, it's about the planet. Scientists say our carbon budget could be gone in just a few years – ruling out the possibility of keeping temperature rises to 1.5C. We need to mobilise as many people as possible to VoteClimate in every election so politicians are forced to take climate seriously. Together, we can make a difference!
